Homemade "Zongzi" from Mama Chen's kitchen! (a "Zongzi", also called rice dumpling, is a rice ball wrapped in bamboo leaves filled with pork, mushroom, dried radish pellets, dried tofu, and yolk. My mom always mixes rice with peanuts. After wrapping, put them in the rice cooker and steam for 20-30minutes. Bang! The most delicious Zongzi in the world! Wish you could taste it!) (p.s. This traditional food is for celebrating Dragon Boat Festival, which is on 6/9 this year)
