Thank you for being interested in our MST 265. We truly appreciate your offer; however, the price you requested was actually way too low, which can not cover our cost. As you may know, currently the cost of raw materials has been high, and we barely make a little profit on selling. But since your company has been very supportive and we both have good business relationship with each other, we are willing to work this out. We will reduce the price to US$8.82/kg from US$9.09/kg (15 MT in 40' FCL). We believe the price we are offering is very competitive.

Good morning, We are sorry but we are not able to lower the price to USD 6.28/KG for 14MT of CHT2300. The reason is that the raw and auxiliary materials were purchased in the 1th & 2nd quarter, and the cost was very high. However, since you have been very supportive to us, we can maintain the same price of USD 7.69/KG in order to show our appreciation.

However, since you requested a new shipping mark and GHS label, we will have to recall the shippment and replace all the labels on every single bag of your order. Dear Mr. Lee,
Regarding to your request of shipping date changes, I have to inform you that it might take some effort for me to discuss with our shipping supervisor. On July 27 you have confirmed that you prefer the ETA to be 1st week of September, so I have arranged the shipment, and our factory has already scheduled the producing process.
Please be noticed that we also have other on-going orders which needed to be shipped at the same period of time (August 19-26). So I will have to negotiate with our producing department in order to make the change happen. So may I remind you that once we have the confirmation of shipping advice, we normally will have to stick to the schedule. So please allow me some time, and I will get back with you ASAP. It’s been a while since our last conversation. How have you been? It’s my pleasure to get in contact with you again. I have received the forward Email from Nick regarding to your order of AC200. First of all, we truly appreciate your business support for a long time, and we treat your company as a very important client. We have considered your request very seriously and wanted to work through all the difficulties with you. However, I have to apologize that we are not able to maintain the same payment term as before due to our company policy. Recently we have experienced a payment delay issue from one of our other clients, which we still unable to collect the payment till now. Therefore, our Board of Directors has announced that ALL of the exportation payment terms from August, 2016 need to be L/C or T/T in advance in order to avoid the risk of company lost. The decision has been made and we are not allowed to break company rules.

USD 30/KG is our best price for TN-30. Although there was a little price drop in the MIN price, it would not affect our TN-30 price. The reason is that we are still using the MIN we purchased in May, and the new price in July will not be applied until September. However, please also be noticed that the cost of KK and KM were already raised, but we did not adjust our price in order to maintain the same market price. We hope you can kindly understand our difficulity. We truly appreciate your business.

We have run the test ourselves and please see the attached COA (Certificate Of Analysis). With this test result, we can assure you that our product is definitely qulified. Moreover, on 6/30 we had a phone conversation regarding to your client's "un-normal" situation. You mentioned that your client had purchased 5 bags from you, and they had issue with only one bag. With this information, we are certain that the problem should not be in our product. All of our products are manufactured at the same time with no interuption. It is not possible for different quality results. We can assume that the yellowing issue your client experienced should be created by their producing settings.
