人生在世，不要用刻薄的話去羞辱一個人，不論是平輩或晚輩。
對於任何人，不論對方的職業、收入、或學經歷如何，都不應該隨意批評，更不應該當著人家的面對他評頭論足。

錯誤的期待讓人筋疲力盡。
人與人之間的關係都是如此，沒有期待沒有傷害。

感想：一切都是命，順勢而為，隨遇而安。緣起緣滅，坦然接受。
不要讓仇恨蒙蔽了心智，人活著才有希望，有希望才能創造生命的意義。

佛的眼眶泛紅：孩子！我雖有最大的神通力，但依然有四件事情是做不到的：
第一，因果不可改：
自因自果，别人是代替不了的。
第二，智慧不可賜：
任何人要開智慧，是離不開自身的磨練 。
第三，妙法不可說：
宇宙真相用語言講不明白，只能靠你自己實證。
第四，無缘不能度：
無缘之人，他們是聽不進我的話的。

年輕一點的時候，在職場上很求表現，凡事有求必應、盡善盡美，要求自己要做出90分的水準。即使經驗不足，但憑著一股衝勁也能感動老闆。
累積了一些經驗之後，做事比較懂方法，所以便開始講求效率，要求自己在最短的時間內做最多的事。所以在美商工作的那段時間我幾乎每個月主持至少2次新產品討論會；最忙的時候甚至每個禮拜兩次。

Dear H and Z,
Thank you for the conference call earlier today. We appreciate your notification and understand that the schedule will be delayed again and we might not be able to receive a confirmation before 9/21, moreover, there is a chance that the problem might not be solved until later, which no one can be certain yet. We understand that currently CEE is still working with STT.
However, we have been idle since 8/31 and still unable to have a firm production plan up till now. This has become a problem for us because our production department has a difficult time to plan for our other products, which we are facing the risk of penalty due to the delay of the production schedule.
Therefore, we had an internal discussion meeting this morning in regard to this matter. It comes to a conclusion that we MUST insert our own product within the week of Sep 11th to the following week, which means we will not be able to restart for your product until Sep 25th. And we plan not to run the media fill test again due to the only difference between S product and our own product is the needles.
The reason we have to make a decision today is that it would take 2 weeks for our supplier to prepare for the packages of our own product, and considering the coming holiday, we have to notify our supplier by tomorrow.
This would be the most efficient way for us to operate our line 1. We truly hope you could understand our difficulty and continue supporting us in this decision. Please let us know if you have any question.

I used to have a dog named Maggie back when I was in college. She past away old and I still miss her. When I saw your dog's name Maggie, I thought of her immediately!
When I was living in Ohio, I had a German shepher named McGee. I named him after the character McGee in NCIS, which is one of my favoiate TV show back then. McGee is a good dog, and so is NCIS, a good show! Too bad I did not have much chance watching it anymore due to Netflix does not carry this show.
Speaking of TV shows, I just don't understand why there would be so many "chanels"? Netflix, Disney Chanel, ABC Chanel, HBO, Apple TV... I just can't buy them all! I really wish someone could just talk to them and come to an "integration chanel" so that I can pick whatever show I like without limitation!
Just so you know, I practice my English based on watching American TV shows! NCIS, Criminal Minds, Law & Order, For the People, CSI Miami... those are my favorites. Now I am watching "Suits" on Netflix because there are many cute guys in the show LOL!
We are going to have a long weekend, as you may already know. 4 days straght! I can't wait to have a break from everything! No work, no class, just being lazy and playing couch potato! In fact, we will spend one day on house hunting and one day for a small trip. And my husband will go visit his family for another day but I am not going, so that means I will at least have two days of no plan. Good for me!

As a leader, never take your people for granted; make it a priority to appreciate your team, appreciate their commitment to helping the organization navigate these troubled waters, value their contributions, and, most importantly, thank them for their excellent service.

Learn to accept it, and leave it. There’s still many possibilities, and there’s still hope. Be the master of your own life. Love the people who love you back, be kind to the others but set the limits. You are unique and beautiful; I am unique and beautiful.
